Job Title: Assistant General Manager (Sales)

Location: Azadpur, Delhi

Salary Range: INR 50,000 - 60,000 per month

Experience Required: 5-7 years in the Automobile, OEM, or Auto Paint Industry

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Sales Managers to achieve assigned sales targets in line with company goals.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop sales strategies to secure new orders, execute orders, and provide after-sales service either directly or through the Distributor/Dealer network.
- Performance Management: Track the progress of the sales team, ensuring all team members meet individual and team sales targets.
- Report Management: Oversee and review monthly summary reports submitted by Sales Managers, reporting to senior management on target completion.
- Financial Accountability: Expedite bill payments, monitor pending outstandings, and maintain control over receivables.
- Travel Requirements: Travel as needed across India to fulfill the responsibilities, with expenses covered as per company travel guidelines.
- Special Projects: Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
- Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in sales within the automobile, OEM, or auto paint industry.
- Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strategic planning and goal-setting abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen and experience in handling billing and payments
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the sales cycle in the automobile or auto paint industry is highly preferred.
