**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, bid, and win new business opportunities through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write compelling proposals tailored to each client's requirements.
- Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Analyze and optimize bidding strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and regularly report on progress and KPIs.
- Stay updated with Upwork policies, trends, and best practices.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing and winning projects on **Upwork**.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales closures, and client retention.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business proposals.
- Familiarity with IT services, web and mobile development, or digital marketing (customize as per company).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and Upwork analytics is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of other freelance platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
- Existing client base or strong Upwork profile history.
- Understanding of agile and project management workflows.
