**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects daily on Upwork
- Craft personalized, winning proposals
- Communicate with prospects to understand project needs
- Convert leads into long-term clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong proposal writing skills
- Highly organized with the ability to meet daily targets
- Knowledge of services like web development, design, marketing, etc.

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
