**Job Profile**:

- Assist the directors in implementing FFA’s overall marketing and communications plan
- Be the first point of contact for any communications with external parties/ clients/ customers
- Travel locally with the directors to build relationships with colleges/ universities/ institutions
- Work with existing digital marketing team to refine social media strategies
- Implement basic social media strategy to develop brand awareness and value
- Develop a proactive process for communication
- Prepare detailed reports to track progress, analyze and suggest action plan
- Keep up to date and be informed on social media trends and adapt accordingly
- Assist with website copywriting, proofing and updating
- Keep up to date and be informed on education trends, competitors/ peers and adapt accordingly

**Requirements**:
**Education Qualifications**
- Final year of graduation/ bachelors/ masters in liberal arts or marketing

**Work Experience**
- Project experience in marketing or communications and knowledge in audio-video editing is a plus

**Skill Set**
- Passion for communications, marketing and business development
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Fair amount of patience and confidence
- An eye for details and ability to independently and proactively manage projects
- Job Location : Gurgaon- Stipend : INR 15,000/- per month- Duration : 3 months- Travel Required : Minimal
