We're Hiring: Client Servicing Intern

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and exploring the world of digital marketing? Join our team as a Client Servicing Intern and gain hands-on experience working with exciting projects across SEO, social media, and digital campaigns.

What you'll do:

Communicate with clients via calls, emails, or in-person meetings to understand their needs and resolve concerns.

Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism.

Collaborate with SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Managers, as well as the technical team, to deliver solutions.

Share regular updates with senior management.

Manage client social media handles (based on project scope).

Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly reports.

What we're looking for:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Good with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Analytical mindset and good presentation skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Understanding of SEO, SMM, SMO, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Accounts.

Location: Hartron Complex, B-8, Electronic City, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122015

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: Paid Internship.[PPO Available based on performance]
