**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Customer Support Intern** to join our team. As a Customer Support Intern, you will assist in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, helping with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in customer support and will allow you to learn key aspects of effective communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Inquiries**:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving basic issues related to products or services.
- **Documentation & Support**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the customer support system (CRM).
- Help update the knowledge base with frequently asked questions and common issues.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Provide basic solutions to customer concerns, escalating complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Assist with the resolution of customer complaints or issues in collaboration with the support team.
- **Customer Feedback**:
- Gather customer feedback and pass along insights to improve products, services, or customer support processes.
- Assist in identifying recurring issues and work with the team to develop solutions.
- **Team Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the customer support team, including data entry, preparing reports, or other tasks as required.
- Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring follow-up and proper communication.
- **Training & Development**:
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Learn about company policies, procedures, and systems used in customer support.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- A desire to learn and grow in the field of customer support.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role (internships, part-time, or volunteer work).
- Familiarity with customer support tools (CRM systems, chat tools, etc.) is a plus.
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
