International Customer Support Executive

**Job Title**: International Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Noida
**Work Mode**: Work from Office
**Shift Timing**: Rotational shifts (including night shifts) / 24x7 support environment
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries related to products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot technical or non-technical issues efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) and meet customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
- Adhere to process compliance, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts & offs (24/7 work environment).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in international voice/non-voice process will be preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
