- Research and understand all necessary licenses and permits required for the company's operations in Pune and Maharashtra.
- Track license expiration dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of all licenses and permits.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated on changes in local, state, and national regulations related to the company's industry.
- Ensure the company's operations comply with all applicable regulations.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports as required.
- Liaise with government officials and regulatory bodies.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to licenses, permits, and compliance.
- Ensure all documents are accurate and readily accessible.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems.

**Sales Coordinator Duties**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments.
- Manage and update the sales database and CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and track sales performance.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Order Processing & Coordination**:

- Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics and production departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Track order status and provide updates to customers.
- Handle invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist with marketing activities, such as event coordination and promotional material distribution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
