**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - Amazon (Sales-Oriented)

**Work Schedule**: 5 Days Working

**Location**: Sector 18, Gurgaon

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**:

- Graduates - Fresher or Experienced
- Undergraduates - Minimum 1 year of relevant international voice experience
- **Salary**:

- ₹27,000 CTC - For fresh graduates

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Amazon’s international customers
- Assist users with order status, returns, refunds, and account issues
- **Upsell & cross-sell** Amazon services and products (Prime, gift cards, etc.)
- Promote customer loyalty through smart product recommendations
- Meet daily sales conversion and customer satisfaction targets
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Resolve queries within defined SLAs and ensure first-call resolution
- Identify sales opportunities during support interactions
- Maintain high service standards and follow Amazon’s compliance protocols

**Preferred Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales KPIs
- Quick learner with good product knowledge retention
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekend working (as per schedule)
