**Job Summary**
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting day-to-day operations, managing office maintenance, and handling client data sourcing for business development activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and manage client and lead data for the business development team.
- Research potential clients and markets; update and maintain CRM/database systems.
- Coordinate office operations including supplies, maintenance, and facility management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks when needed.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners to ensure office efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of administrative experience (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
**Benefits**
