**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Provides support to the Service Delivery Managers in our largest customer base ensuring fast and efficient response and resolution of customer requests. Working alongside teams of Service Delivery Managers the Service Delivery Associate proactively manage inbound customer requests and ensure that these are seen through to full resolution. This requires routing workstreams to the most appropriate team, responding directly to customers’ needs and action frequent clerical and commercial tasks on behalf of the Service Delivery group.
- Service Delivery Associates insure fast response to inbound customer requests, drive efficiency in service delivery tasks and processes, delivering a fanatical support experience.
- Service Delivery Associates are responsible for taking ownership of the customer requests with each of their customers and to serve as an interface between the customer and the Rackspace support infrastructure. They ensure that their customers technical, administration and specialist support needs are met.

**Key Responsibility**

Managing the process to restore normal service operations.
- Working on tool regarding tickets on Cloud operations.
- Interact with Indian & Overseas Customers regarding Server deletion & Account Cancellation requirement for Cloud Accounts from customer’s end as well as remind customers for Account Suspension & NPS part.
- Preparing Account Contracts ( Blanket Renewals) for the customers.
- Monitoring the Queues that includes various accounts SLA.
- Working on BMC & Service Now to meet the client requirements.
- Taking care of Critical/High severity Incidents is the first priority.
- Sending out daily reports that includes Aging, Pending end & other multiple operations via mails.
- Interact with Indian & Overseas People regarding the Incidents SLA/Aging & other operations.
- Pulling out daily report of the Incidents that the whole team worked on & the SLA misses/breached.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Retaining Customers using multiple retention plays to mitigate customer churn for the organization.
- Leads efforts to create proposal for solution to provide value addition.

Monitor and actively working/chasing on open tickets within agreed timescales to ensure customer/internal response times are achieved.

Follow up with the customer on Account Suspensions requests.
- Provide help to mitigate the churn percentage of customers and trying to retain them with the commitment of our continuous Fanatical Support.
- Continuously worked towards bringing the best of NPS Scores.
- Proactively take ownership and work on tickets.
