Tamil Telecaller

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers in Tamil, promoting products or services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve their concerns in a professional manner.Provide detailed product/service information and assist customers with any queries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases as required.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets and KPIs.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Tamil (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a similar role (Tele caller/Customer Support/Sales) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle rejection, remain motivated, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
