**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**:

- Call potential customers from provided databases or leads.
- Explain the features, benefits, and details of Courier and Logistics management projects.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Regularly follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement.
- Ensure prompt response to missed calls or callbacks.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in excel.
- Update the sales team with qualified leads and feedback.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and site visits scheduled.
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelors degree preferred.
- 0-1 years of telecalling or customer service experience in IT Sector or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills in [Insert relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Tamil, regional languages].
- Persuasive, confident, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
