**Job Requirements**:

- Should have good presentation and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with regional languages such as Gujarati is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is also required.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

**Responsibilities**:

- The specialist will work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers, develop and manage the telesales pipeline.
- Conduct ‘Need analysis’ by calling with clients.
- Telecommunications, Telephonic sales, Telephonic CTA confirmation
- Research contact details and create client and company profiles on the CRM.
- Identify potential customers and develop sales strategies to target and convert them.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients virtually.
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential clients.
- Follow-up timely with clients to ensure successful deal closures
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead and revenue generation targets

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
