Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, speaking confidently in one of the regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada), and explaining products or services clearly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to customers to promote our products or services
  • Speak confidently in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada to effectively communicate with customers
  • Explain products or services clearly to customers, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Handle basic customer queries and follow up on sales leads
  • Update call details in our CRM system
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills in English and one regional language
  • Undergraduates or graduates can apply for this role
  • Basic computer skills are necessary for this position
  • You should be willing to work in a target-based role
