Business Development Associate

The role of a Business Development Associate is pivotal in driving growth within our organization. You will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key banking and wealth partners to expand product offerings such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF & Passive Funds.
Key Responsibilities:- You will need to communicate market-related information to assigned partners to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Regularly conduct meetings with partners to discuss business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain coverage for all assigned partners and provide timely services to meet their needs.
- Conduct joint meetings with clients to explore business possibilities and resolve issues.
- Handle escalated complaints related to Banking operations while staying updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory guidelines.
In addition, you will lead product presentations, training sessions, and investment discussions to enhance channel engagement and drive business results.
