Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team.
About the RoleThe Business Development Associate will be responsible for recruiting and activating advisors as per plan, ensuring their productivity is maintained, and establishing business relationships to facilitate work activities. They will also conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to evaluate their performance, provide feedback, and advise on career progression.
