Customer service:
Answering guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience

Reservations:
accurate

Room charges:
Processing cancellations, modifications, and room charges, and entering information

into the hotel's system

Upselling:
Creating packages to increase room sales and revenue, and recommending property

facilities

Coordination:
Coordinating with the customer support department and vendors, and ensuring a

smooth pre-arrival experience

Reporting:
Supporting the commercial team with daily reporting, and ensuring revenue and

upselling are maximized

Compliance:
Following policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance

and standards

Other responsibilities may include:
Making reservations for travel-related services like tickets, coaches, and meals

Mentoring junior team members

Researching market trends to improve productivity and innovation

Ensuring a proper handover of booking details to the operations team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
