**Job Title**: On-Field Business Development Executive (IT Sector)

**Location**: Mohali (On-site / Field Work)

**Experience Required**: 2 to 4 Years

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive **On-Field Business Development Executive** with a strong understanding of the **IT industry**. The role involves **field visits, client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management** for promoting IT services and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and visit potential clients to promote IT services and solutions.
- Conduct on-field meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Generate leads through networking, references, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored IT solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Report daily visits, leads, and progress to management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-4 years of experience in **on-field sales / IT business development**.
- Strong knowledge of **IT services, software solutions, and digital technologies**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
