**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Culinary Preparation**:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of café-style dishes, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and desserts.**:

- **Ensure high standards of food presentation and portion control.
- Consistently maintain food quality, taste, and presentation in line with café guidelines.
- Create and introduce new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
**2. Kitchen Operations**:
- Manage daily kitchen operations for efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene regulations.
**3. Inventory Management**:
- Monitor ingredient and supply levels, placing orders as needed to ensure optimal stock.
- Liaise with suppliers for timely and cost-effective purchasing.
- Minimize food waste by managing portion sizes and proper food storage.
**4. Customer Satisfaction**:
- Deliver high-quality meals that exceed customer expectations.
- Cater to customer dietary preferences and special requests with creativity.
- Work with the café team to enhance the overall dining experience.
**5.Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate closely with the café management and front-of-house team to ensure seamless kitchen and service operations.
- Train and guide kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety standards.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar role in a café or restaurant setting.
- Strong culinary expertise with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Creativity in menu development is a plus.**:

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
