Excellent negotiation skills to negotiate best prices and deals with vendors.  Assist in recruiting, training, assigning duties and supervising staff at every Roastea outlets.  Maintaining of daily, weekly, Monthly cleaning hygiene and inventory reports, in co-ordination with Quality Controller.  Team building, Training, induction of new joined staff. & arrange training sessions time to time.  Smooth kitchen operation, preparation of food and delivery at prescribed SOP.  Ensuring safety standards, follow equipment inventory.  Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.  Makes recommendations for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the kitchen equipment’s.  Maintains effective communication skills by interacting professionally with co-workers.  Have good organizing skills to arrange and maintain records of available stock effectively  Ability to work in flexible hours, need to travel for company requirement all over India In-Charge – Café  Customer Handling  Billing & maintaining of Café  Shift wise working for Staffs  Stock & Report Knowledge  Food Storage, Rotation and Preparation  Approach Each Customer Encounter with Positive Attitude  Upsell & Suggestive Selling  Upkeep of Hygiene & All SKU Quality  Maintain High Standards of Personal Appearance  Cash Banking, UPI & all Settlements to be done properly  Online Order  Good level of literacy and numeracy  Team player qualities  Answer queries by employees and clients Utility (Kitchen-HK)  Kitchen cleaning  Utensils cleaning  Floor cleaning  Café cleaning
