Commi 1-2-3 (Experience wise responsibilities will be added into this)
 Should handle day to day kitchen operations
 Stock inventory, ordering of raw materials in absence of outlet head chef
 Follow all rules and regulation set by management
 Quality and quantity control of food, storage, FIFO policies to be strictly followed
Chef – Outlet head
 Assist the corporate chef in all aspects supervising food quality, production and costs.
 Assist in preparation procedures, presentation standards, observing methods of preparations,
verifying portion sizes and ensuring corporate standards for food quality are consistently met.
 Product R&D for new and old recipe development as per menu requirement and Manage food
costing and Inventory
 Assist in preparation procedures, presentation standards, observing methods of preparation’s,
verifying portion sizes and ensuring corporate standards for food quality are consistently met.
 Manage food costing and Inventory at all outlets Pan India
 Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, purchase department. Excellent negotiation skills to
negotiate best prices and deals with vendors.
 Assist in recruiting, training, assigning duties and supervising staff at every Roastea outlets.
 Maintaining of daily, weekly, Monthly cleaning hygiene and inventory reports, in co-ordination
with Quality Controller.
 Team building, Training, induction of new joined staff. & arrange training sessions time to time.
 Smooth kitchen operation, preparation of food and delivery at prescribed SOP.
 Ensuring safety standards, follow equipment inventory.
 Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
 Makes recommendations for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the kitchen equipment’s.
 Maintains effective communication skills by interacting professionally with co-workers.
 Have good organizing skills to arrange and maintain records of available stock effectively
 Ability to work in flexible hours, need to travel for company requirement all over India
