As a **Sales Executive**, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for our **retail loan and insurance** products, helping farmers and businesses access financial support seamlessly.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Drive **sales of retail loans and insurance products** by engaging with potential customers.
2. Identify and generate leads through **networking, referrals, and market research**.
3. Build and maintain strong **customer relationships** to drive repeat business.
4. **Explain financial products** in a simple and effective manner to potential clients.
5. Meet and exceed **sales targets and revenue goals**.
6. Maintain **accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups**.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure **smooth loan/insurance processing**.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
1. **Minimum 6 months of sales experience** in **Retail, Loan Lending, or Insurance Sales**.
2. Strong **sales, negotiation, and communication** skills.
3. **Ownership mindset** with a **hustler attitude** to drive sales results.
4. Ability to **build relationships and close deals effectively**.
5. **Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently**.
6. Proficiency in **CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting** (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
