**Sales Strategy and Execution**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for luxury homestay villas.
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain a deep understanding of our offerings, including luxury homestay villas, real estate properties, or banquet services. Effectively communicate the unique selling points and benefits to potential clients.
- **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**: Conduct engaging sales presentations and negotiate terms with prospective clients. Address any objections and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- **Sales Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Address any post-sale issues promptly and professionally.
- **Social Media**: Handle social media handles (insta and messenger) along with handling influencer marketing and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in hardcore sales, banquet sales, real estate sales, or luxury homestay villas sales.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.
- **Independence**: Ability to handle the entire sales role independently, from lead generation to closing deals.
- **Target Orientation**: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,483.07 - ₹30,216.56 per month
