Sales Executive

**1. Customer Interaction**:
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the experience store.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored furniture solutions.
- Deliver walkthroughs of the store and share project portfolios to showcase our expertise.
**2. Lead Management**:
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, real estate brokers, and references.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details and progress.
**3. Sales Process Execution**:
- Explain the design process, pricing, and customization options to customers.
- Share tentative BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and manage customer expectations.
- Collect rendering charges and facilitate customer site visits with the design team.
**4. Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Drive footfall to the store through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
**5. Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Assist with order processing, approvals, and follow-ups during the production phase.
**6. Ground Sales Activities**:
- Distribute marketing materials and interact with potential customers in high-rise societies.
- Assist in organizing canopy setups, pamphlet distribution, and meetings with society management for branding opportunities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Hotel Management, Technical Background, Marketing, Any Graduate/ Post Graduate or a related field.
- 0-2years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, luxury retail, or interior design.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with lead management.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of furniture design or interior design processes is a plus.
- Experience with high-end or luxury products.
