Job Title: E-Commerce Manager (Sales and Promotions in Fashion Domain)

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team and lead our online sales and promotions initiatives. As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, including our website and other third-party marketplaces. You will also be responsible for creating and executing promotional campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and promotional strategies to drive traffic and increase sales on our e-commerce channels.

Manage our e-commerce website and ensure that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.

Oversee our product listings on third-party marketplaces, such as Amazon and eBay.

Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and use this data to improve our sales and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that our e-commerce efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.

Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices, and recommend new strategies and tools to improve our online sales and promotions.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, sales, and promotions.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.

Strong project management and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,110.11 - ₹50,477.24 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 3 years (preferred)
