E-Commerce Operations Executive

Location: Raipur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the
    daily operations
    of the company's e-commerce platforms
  • Upload and maintain product listings with
    accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-resolution images
  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure
    timely dispatch and delivery
  • Maintain and monitor
    inventory levels
    ; coordinate with production and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overselling
  • Handle
    domestic and international logistics
    , ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and documentation
  • Work closely with
    marketing, design, and operations
    teams to align product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Analyze platform
    sales data and performance metrics
    to optimize listings and sales strategies
  • Provide prompt and professional
    customer support
    , including addressing post-sale queries and resolving issues

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–2 years
    of hands-on experience in
    e-commerce operations
    , ideally in the
    fashion or apparel industry
  • Experience using platforms like
    Shopify, WordPress
    , or similar CMS/e-commerce tools
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Excel and Word
    ; familiarity with analytics/reporting tools is a plus
  • Strong
    organizational, multitasking
    , and
    problem-solving
    skills
  • Basic understanding of
    digital marketing, SEO, and product positioning
  • Creative, fashion-aware
    , and interested in women's apparel trends
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    and a team-oriented, proactive work ethic
