**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage crew personnel for maritime operations, ensuring proper manning and compliance with industry regulations.
- Coordinate recruitment and placement of qualified crew members based on operational needs and vessel schedules.
- Ensure adherence to national and international maritime laws and conventions related to crew management.
- Manage crew training, certification, and development programs to ensure all personnel are appropriately qualified.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as operations, logistics, and safety) to ensure efficient crew scheduling and planning.
- Maintain records of crew qualifications, certifications, and performance evaluations.
- Assist with resolving any personnel-related issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and welfare matters.
- Provide advice and support to senior management on crew-related matters.
- Monitor and enforce industry-specific safety standards and best practices in crew welfare.

**Requirements**:

- Master Mariner certification with a proven track record at sea.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in shore-based manning roles or similar maritime management positions.
- Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and standards, including STCW and ISM Code.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency with maritime crew management software and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
