**Tasks**:
1.Store management.

2.Inventory management

3.Sound knowledge of commercial & logistic terms

4.Streamline store department.

5.Internal material supply to production line.

6.Incoming material management

7.Dispatch management

8.Maintain FIFO / Kanban etc.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Responsible for store all activities.

2. Efficient management of inventory

3. Verify & maintain system stock Vs physical stock

4. Good co-ordination with purchase, production & quality department

5. Monitor all store ERP transactions carefully & stream line it

6. Training & supervising all store manpower

7. Responsible for daily dispatches (local & export)
- on time & without any customer complaint.

8. To handle GRN, Invoicing, E-Way Bill independently whenever required.

9. Monitor & intimation of shortages in advance to purchase department.

10. Monitor & ensure line feeding as per production plan.

11. Efficient & effective handling of store manpower.

12. Inform to concern department about short / excess receipt, goods received in damaged

condition, improper documentation from supplier etc.

13. Ensure Receipts and Issues are correctly documented.

14. Ensure that rules and regulations relating to physical custody and preservation of stores are

followed.

15. Ensure correct accounting of whole stores.

16. Maintain safety & security of goods in store & company premises.

17. Monitor & maintain safety stock, shelf life of perishable goods.

18. To handle all logistic part (domestic) including E-Way Bill etc.

19. To maintain system stock & physical stock (no variance)

20. Follow & implement Kaizen culture.

21. Ensure all storage facilities are in proper working order e.g. check for loose racks, damaged

pallets / bins etc.

22. Ensure good housekeeping (i.e. storage of packing material, cleanliness, obstructions etc.).

**Competences**:
Managing team of 10 peoples

**Experience**
- Min. 6-8 years as store executive position.
- Experience in store management, material shipment, commercial invoicing, logistics etc.
- Man power handling.

**Educational skills**
- Bachelor in Commerce OR Diploma in any stream
- Experience in ERP will be added advantage.
- MS-CIT

**Kpi**:Ontime Invoice, FIFO, Material handling, Kanban, Inventory control

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
