- 1) handling all yarn godown activity.

2) Distribution of yarn by coordination.

3) maintain safety norms.

4) maintain good condition of yarn keeping

5) maintain worker and staff balance work load structure

6) optimisation of man power

7) optimum utilisation of man power.

8) training, coaching, counselling ,discipline of worker.

9) planning, monitoring of yarn.

10) monitoring of record keeping, testing.

11) maintain physical and system stock.

12) maintain bar coding system
