
Executive - Rental Properties Operations

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Property Maintenance Support:
- Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair activities, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and report findings to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and follow up on pending issues.
**Tenant Relations**:
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist in tenant onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing lease agreements and conducting move-in/move-out inspections.
- Help manage tenant communications, ensuring clear and consistent information is provided.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist in collecting rent and other payments, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely deposits.
- Help prepare and manage budgets for property operations and maintenance.
- Maintain organized records of leases, property documents, and correspondence.
**Operational Efficiency**:
- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for property management.
- Utilize property management software to assist in streamlining operations and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with on-site staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure effective property management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable about property management practices and safety protocols.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Any Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
**Skills**:
- Basic knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local landlord-tenant laws and regulations is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing rental properties in Jaipur or similar markets.
- Demonstrated ability to improve tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Certification in property management (e.g., CPM, ARM) is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
