**About Birdhouse**:
Birdhouse is a growing company specializing in rental accommodation services, helping individuals and families find the perfect living space that fits their needs and budget. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for enthusiastic female telecallers to join our dynamic sales department.

As a Telesales Executive at Birdhouse, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our rental services, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the process of finding suitable accommodation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about rental options.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable accommodations.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
- Schedule property visits for interested customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in
- Basic computer knowledge MS Excel
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
