**Job Title: Telesales Executive**

**Location**: Sector 50, Gurugram
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month
**Experience**: 1-3 years (Telesales / Inside Sales preferred)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products/services.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve the sales process.
- Maintain call records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales/telecalling/inside sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software).
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
