- Experience in vendor development pan India.
- Recruited up to 800 chauffeurs for the Mobili-t, and PSF.
- Handled big events CLSA India Pvt. Ltd, Stryker Global and many more.
- Coordination with Team as per the Guest expectations.
- Expertise to handle weddings, conferences, corporate events Etc.

**Job Responsibility**
- Primarily responsible for the day-to-day LTR and STR operations of the Gurgaon NCR location.
- Manage customer complaints and resolutions.
- Work closely with Managing Director and management team to set and/or implement policies, -Responsible for creation and maintenance of vendors.
- procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
- Purchasing and maintaining vehicles for deliveries.
- Deciding whether to lease or buy vehicles.
- Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet.
- Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
- Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
- Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
- Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
- Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
- Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Complying with Department of Transport laws and regulations.
- Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
- Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
- Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.
- Schedule driver's on various routes
- Schedule maintenance and repairs on vehicles
- Decide and purchase company vehicles
- Train new driver's
- Develop a strategy for decreasing vehicle cost
- Encourage driver's to create the most efficient routes
- Create reports of driver's effectiveness
- Follow all vehicle regulations and laws
- Manage relationships with key operations vendor

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
