- Work Location: Mumbai - Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in Employee Engagement and overall 5+ years of experience in HR operations
- Stable career record
- Hands-on experience in Excel, PowerBi, PowerPoint & Microsoft Word.
- Analytics background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome newly hired employees and executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey; managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles.
- Design, Deliver and Execute an engagement, rewards and recognition calendar to foster a culture of caring, trust and continuous learning
- Design and execute the communication strategy for employees and managers so that the intent of engagement surveys is clearly communicated till the last mile.
- Conceptualize the Engagement Survey to check around employee engagement & belongingness
- Analyse and recognize patterns in employee data to shape engagement activities, drive actions through insights to maximize impact and evaluate success through different HR metrics.
- Post the implementation of the Engagement Survey, share the reports with preparation of action plan for improvement
- Collects and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
- Analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, onboarding, employee motivation, turnover, and other HR operations.
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings
