- Designation: Quality Champion
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
- Location: Pune
- Experience: 6-8 years in Quality Management. Proven track record of implementing and managing quality improvement initiatives. Experience in training and leading teams in quality-related matters.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Advocate and promote a culture of quality within the organization.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
- Conduct training sessions on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality initiatives to senior management.
- Engage in problem-solving and root cause analysis to address quality issues.
- Provide leadership and guidance in quality assurance and control activities.
- Ensuring robust information security practices across the projects and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

**Essential Skills**:

- B.E. / B.Tech.,
- Advanced training/certifications in Quality Management standards such as ISO9001, ISO27001, SOC preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and change management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience with quality management software and tools.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
