As a Media Buyer (Facebook) at Black Pepper Digital, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns for clients. Your role will involve strategizing, executing, and managing campaigns to drive maximum results and return on investment (ROI).
**Responsibilities**:
- Campaign Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign goals, target audience, and overall marketing objectives. Develop effective Facebook advertising strategies and media plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ad Creative Research: Research on compeitiors ad content, including ad copy and visuals, on Facebook Ads Library. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor advertising strategies, and audience preferences. Provide the client with references and examples of creatives that align with their brand and campaign objectives. Stay updated with the latest creative trends and best practices on Facebook to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Identify and define target audiences based on client requirements and campaign objectives. Leverage Facebook's targeting options and tools to reach the right audience segments and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of ad spend. Monitor and track campaign spend, making adjustments as necessary to optimize ROI and achieve client goals.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as reach, impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and cost per acquisition. Generate regular reports to provide insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Ad Placement and Testing: Determine the most effective ad placements on Facebook, including the News Feed, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network. Conduct A/B testing of different ad variations to identify the best-performing creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up to date with Facebook's advertising policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends. Stay informed about emerging features, tools, and best practices in Facebook advertising to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, addressing inquiries, and offering strategic recommendations to optimize their Facebook advertising efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role, with expertise in managing Facebook advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of the Facebook Ads platform, including ad creation, campaign setup, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to drive actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Excellent research skills to explore industry trends, competitor strategies, and creative references for clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to clients.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing campaign requirements and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, developments, and best practices in Facebook advertising
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
