We're Hiring: Performance Marketer

The Brand Exact is a
fashion marketing agency located in Noida Sector 8
. We specialise in
holistic marketing for fashion and lifestyle brands
, helping them scale their online business through
social media marketing, performance marketing (Google & Facebook), content shoots, and website management
.

We are looking for a
Performance Marketer
to join our team and drive growth through impactful digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven marketing, skilled at scaling campaigns, and always on top of the latest digital trends.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    and
    Google Ads
    .
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices to ensure high-performing, innovative campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of
    PPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and performance tracking tools
    .
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking for engaging ad copy and visuals.
  • Strong communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Location
: Noida, Sector 8 (On-site compulsory for first 3 months/ then hybrid)
