Weekly Off: Sundays + 3rd Saturday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies to achieve business goals and maximize ROI.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns from start to finish, including budgeting, targeting, and creative development.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- **Audience Segmentation**: Utilize audience insights and data to create precise targeting strategies for different customer segments.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of social media marketers, providing guidance and support to achieve campaign objectives.
- **Client Coordination**: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and ensure their advertising goals are met.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, specializing in Facebook advertising
- Proven track record of managing successful Facebook ad campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and related tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Should be able to take virtual meetings with the clients independently.
