Shifts : Rotational, 5.5 days working

Job Location : Sivancheeti Gardens, Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore

Work Mode : Work From Office

Skills : Good spoken English and typing speed

Salary Package : upto 3 LPA for experienced (Min 1 Year relevant experience on papers)

Interview Mode : Face to Face

Roles and Responsibilities
- *Respond to customer queries via voice, understand & provide solution

*Identify customer needs

*Maintain quality communication

*Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance

*Inform customers about new features and functionalities

*Gather customer feedback and share with respective team

*Maintain records

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
