**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update patient records in the hospital management system.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff for patient flow and appointment scheduling.
- Handle check-ins, billing support, and basic administrative duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Follow hospital protocols and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strong communication skills in English and local language (verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Polite, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
