You will be our CTO's "right hand person" who enables them to advance company initiatives and goals. As part of your job responsibilities you will: - Manage scheduling for company executive(s) - Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the CTO - Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings - Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive - Coordinate travel arrangements - Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s) Skillset And Background - Bachelor’s degree preferred - Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team - Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills - Excellent organization and time-management skills Pay: ₹10,795.98 - ₹38,774.44 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required)
