Job description Tender Executive

Role Description / Key Responsibility Areas:

- Responsible for searching of new Tenders, screening of Tender Documents and analyzing the eligibility to participate for the tender.
- Understanding of Tender Document and preparation of Synopsis and sharing with the Management.
- Preparation of pre-bid queries and regular follow up with the concern departments.
- Attending Pre-bid meetings and visits also.
- Seeking clarification of queries post submission and follow up with the tender floating authorities.
- Preparation of Bid documents and getting it validated by the Management.
- Working on tender costing and reaching out to the final quotation estimation, including profit margins. (As and when required).
- Submission of online Tender document and physical submission (if required).
- Tracking of Earnest money Deposit (Bid security) & Performance Bank Guarantee refund.
- Record the bid submitted status and update the Management about the same.
- Working on Govt. tenders/RFP/ GEM Portal.
- Liaising with govt. Departments.
- Maintaining database for active and submitted tenders/RFP. Also publishing MIS reports for management review.

**Required Skill Set & Experience**
- Graduation from a recognized University
- 3 to 5 years online searching of government Software tender
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent reading and interpretation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
- Open to travel PAN India, if required. Roles and Responsibilities
