**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Identification & Bidding**: Search, analyze, and participate in relevant medical tenders on the **GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal**.
- **Bid Preparation & Submission**: Prepare and submit bids for medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare-related products as per tender specifications.
- **Vendor Registration & Documentation**: Ensure proper registration of the company on GeM, maintain updated documents, and manage compliance requirements.
- **Pricing & Negotiation**: Analyze market trends, set competitive pricing, and negotiate with government bodies for contract finalization.
- **Coordination with Suppliers & Manufacturers**: Work closely with suppliers to source the required medical products and ensure timely availability for tender fulfillment.
- **Follow-up & Compliance**: Track bid status, respond to queries, and ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions.
- **Order Processing & Execution**: Ensure smooth order execution, invoicing, and timely delivery of goods as per government contracts.
- **Report Generation & MIS**: Maintain bid status reports and provide insights on upcoming opportunities in the healthcare sector.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in handling **medical product bids** on the **GeM portal**.
- Strong knowledge of **GeM rules, procurement policies, and government tendering processes**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and GeM portal operations.
- Ability to **analyze tender documents** and prepare bid proposals accordingly.
- Good negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with vendors, suppliers, and government officials.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Medical, or a related field.
- Additional certifications related to **government procurement or GeM** are a plus.
