The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, taking site measurements, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all financial and material aspects of the project are well-controlled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets.
  • Conduct site measurements and verify quantities executed.
  • Manage vendor coordination for material supply, quotations, and rate negotiations.
  • Evaluate tender documents and assist in preparing tender submissions.
  • Prepare work orders, interim bills, and final accounts.
  • Track project costs and ensure budget compliance.
  • Handle contract variations, claims, and payments.
  • Prepare cash flow reports and cost analysis summaries.
  • Support the project team with on-site verification and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, costing, and vendor management.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
