Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
  • Area calculation of aluminum formwork monolithic
  • Conduct material take-offs and quantity calculations.
  • Analyze project specifications and contracts.
  • Track project costs and ensure budget adherence.
  • Assess and certify contractor invoices and payments.
  • Identify area variations and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Drawing reading understanding of structure / architecture drawings .
  • AutoCAD expert.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts.
  • Good knowledge of Structure drawings and Architecture Drawings
  • Area calculation as per discussing with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
