Job Title: Placement and Training Officer

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training programs for our employees that align with the company's goals and objectives. - Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs and develop training plans to meet those needs. - Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online, to improve the skills and knowledge of our employees. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. - Develop and maintain relationships with local educational institutions and job placement agencies to facilitate job placement opportunities for our employees. - Coordinate and participate in career development initiatives, such as job fairs, resume writing workshops, and career coaching sessions. - Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and job placement strategies. - Maintain accurate records and reports on training and placement activities.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and placement, preferably in a corporate setting. - Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design. - Experience in developing and implementing training programs, including needs assessment, course design, and evaluation. - Ability to effectively communicate with employees, managers, and external stakeholders. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of job placement strategies and practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems.
