**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Training the aviation aspirants on an integrated module ( aviation / grooming / English Grammar + Spoken English + MS Office + Soft skills ).

2. Post placement counselling of aspirants.

3. Support the college in conducting assessments of the aspirants.

4. Publishing the entire Training plan / calendar of the center.

5. Networking with guest lecturers / industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module

6. Handholding aspirants at the work place (for a short duration) after placement.

7.Supporting center in other works as and when required

Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.

Proven experience in the field of training or coaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
