Job Title: Certification and Compliance Analyst - Drones

**Job Description**:
As a Certification and Compliance Analyst specializing in Drones, your primary responsibility is to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards related to drone operations. You will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and implementing certification and compliance processes for drone programs. Your role will involve conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities: Regulatory Research: Stay up-to-date with DGCA regulations, guidelines, and standards pertaining to drone operations. Monitor changes and updates in regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance.

Certification Process: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of certification processes for drone operators, including requirements for licenses, permits, and authorizations. Stay informed about the latest industry best practices and standards related to drone certification.

Compliance Audits: Conduct compliance audits to assess the adherence of drone operations to applicable regulations. Review documentation, flight logs, and operational procedures to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to certification and compliance processes. Ensure proper documentation is in place for licenses, permits, waivers, and any other required authorizations.
Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams, including drone operators, trainers, and managers, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support in implementing compliant practices and processes.

Compliance Training: Assist in developing and delivering training programs on drone compliance and certification. Educate drone operators and relevant staff on the importance of compliance, regulatory updates, and best practices.

Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compliance-related data, incidents, and other relevant information.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements to streamline certification and compliance procedures. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to anticipate potential compliance challenges.

Industry Engagement: Participate in industry conferences, forums, and working groups to stay connected with regulatory developments and best practices in the drone industry. Represent the organization in discussions with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in aviation management, engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in drone operations or regulatory compliance are a plus.
Strong knowledge of drone regulations, guidelines, and industry standards, such as those provided by the DGCA, EASA, or other relevant authorities.
Experience in conducting compliance audits and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with drone technologies, operations, and industry trends.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
