**About Us**:
We are a team of highly experienced professionals helping startups in building their B2B distribution channels across India at an affordable cost.
We are currently looking for an experienced sales professional to help us sell our B2B subscription plans.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contact pre-qualified B2B leads provided by the company and introduce them to our subscription plans.
- Engage with prospects over the phone, explain the features and benefits of our subscription offerings, and address any queries.
- Manage a pipeline of leads, follow up regularly, and guide prospects through the sales process to close deals.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and lead status.
**Requirements**:
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage and close multiple leads.
- Experience in lead follow-up and pipeline management.
**Compensation**:
- Earn up to 20% flat commission on each successful sale. The more you close, the more you earn, with no cap on your potential commission.
